What this policy covers

Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. This site also uses browser storage, which stays on your device and is not automatically sent with every request.

This policy describes the storage used by the current website code, including optional services that are loaded only after you allow them.

Storage used by the site

• Language preference — a first-party “lang” cookie remembers EN, UA or RU for up to 365 days.
• Consent choice — the “cookie_ok” value is stored in localStorage. A value of 1 allows optional analytics and chat; a value of 0 keeps them disabled.
• Form protection — the contact and audit forms may create a first-party session cookie used for submission rate limiting. It is configured as HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure when the site is served over HTTPS.
• Attribution context — campaign parameters, the landing page and referrer may be kept in sessionStorage for the current browser session and copied into a form if you submit it.

Optional third-party services

When the corresponding site IDs are configured and you choose “Allow optional”, the site can load Google Analytics and Crisp chat. These services are not loaded while your consent choice is absent or set to necessary only.

The Google Analytics integration requests IP anonymisation. Third-party services may apply their own storage and data-processing rules; review their policies before allowing optional services.

How to change your choice

You can clear the “cookie_ok” localStorage value to show the choice again, or clear site data in your browser. You can also delete or block cookies through browser settings.

Blocking the language cookie means your language choice may not persist. Blocking the session cookie can interfere with form submission protection.

We update this page when the website changes the storage or optional services it uses. The date above identifies the latest substantive revision.
