Data we receive
The contact form may send your name, company, work email, project type, project description, source page and campaign/referral parameters. The technical audit form sends the website URL, work email and your confirmation that you are authorized to request the analysis.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess your enquiry, reply, scope potential work, perform an authorized technical audit, protect forms from abuse and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not use form content to train public AI models or sell it to third parties.
Who processes it
Flexor is responsible for the website forms. Authorized team members and infrastructure, email or analytics providers may process only the information needed to operate the site and respond. Analytics is loaded only when configured and after the site receives the applicable consent.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the conversation, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted and form transport is expected to use HTTPS in production. Do not send passwords, payment details, secrets or sensitive personal data through these forms.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry data, or object to further contact, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
