Overview
Realdeals.ch runs flash-deal campaigns across French-speaking Switzerland — experience vouchers and discounted products sold side by side, each with its own pricing and rules. We built and still maintain the platform behind it.
The platform runs two structurally different catalogs side by side — timed experience vouchers tied to a physical venue, and flash-sale products with simple stock countdowns — each with its own availability logic and redemption flow, sharing one cart and one design language so switching between them feels invisible to the shopper.
What this covered
- Catalog architecture split into Experience Deals and Flash Deals, each with its own redemption and fulfillment logic
- Regional targeting and content rules for five Swiss cantons — Vaud, Fribourg, Valais, Genève, Neuchâtel-Jura
- Time-limited pricing engine, gift certificates, and a user-to-user resale marketplace built on top of the core platform
- Countdown-driven pricing display tied to each deal's live stock, so the price and urgency badge update without a page reload as redemptions come in
- Merchant-facing deal-listing tools — location tags, categories, redemption limits — so each of the hundreds of local partners can be onboarded without a developer involved
- Account area covering purchase history, saved deals, and resale listings in one place

Flexor keeps the platform steady even when a single deal brings in a weekend's worth of traffic in an hour. We don't have to think about it anymore.
